Barbara Flynn

Barbara Jean Flynn, daughter of Leo and Mae Jean Gonzalis Littledeer, was born on June 19, 1953 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

Barbara was a wonderful wife and mother. She loved her family and the time she spent with them. She liked to sew and go to Pow Wows with her kids. She also started the Cherry Tree Safe House for all of the kids in the community.

She was preceded in death by her father: Rev. Leo Littledeer, brother: Earl Dewayne Littledeer and husband: Soldier Feather.

Surviving Barbara is a loving family that includes her husband: Willie Darren Flynn, sons: Steven Smith, Preston Feather and wife Kenda, Darren Cody Flynn, Aaron James Flynn, all of Stilwell, daughter: Kristian Amber Flynn of Stilwell, mother: Mae Jean Littledeer of Stilwell, brothers: Larry Littledeer and wife Rosie, Leo Littledeer Jr. and wife Mary, both of Stilwell, Delmar Littledeer and wife Lenora of Norman, OK, Darrell Littledeer, Gary Littledeer and wife Emma, both of Stilwell sisters: Sharon Kay Smith of Stilwell, Karen Littledeer of Gentry, AR, Darlene Littledeer of Tahlequah, OK, many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services at 2 pm on Monday, March 03, 2014 at Cherry Tree Baptist Church, Stilwell, Ok with Rick Gassaway and Jim Henson officiating. Interment followed at Feathers Cemetery, Stilwell, OK under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
