Billy Kent

Billy Ray Kent, son of William Boyd and Ruth Lavonne (Brown) Kent was born August 19, 1948 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 25, 2015 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 66 years, 5 months and 6 days.

Billy loved to cook, go camping and fishing, collecting junk cars, and was a welder by trade while he was able to work. He also served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister; Alta Mae Arnall and 1 son; Billy Boyd Kent.

Billy is survived by a loving family that includes his spouse Suzanne Kent of the home in Stilwell, 3 sons; Del Kent, David Kent, and Kelli Kent, step children; Jennifer Kharchaf and Eric Sanders, grandchildren; Seth Kent, Kyndel Kent, Katlynn Kent, Karlee Kent, Krista Kent, Kai Kent, great grandchildren; Everly Kent, Cruze Kent, Sawyer Kent and Syda Kent. 1 sister; Betty New and husband Nash, of Stilwell, OK, several other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Graveside services were held, Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Stilwell City Cemetery with Bro. Steve Mallory officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
