Billy Runabout

Billy Dewayne Runabout was born to Waltus Whitmire and Charlotte Runabout on December 16, 1965, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on Sunday, August 1, 2021, in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

He loved being with his family. He had many hobbies, including hunting, fishing, and woodwork. But most of all, he loved his kids. They were his life. Billy would be outside playing basketball with the kids or going swimming with them in the creek. He was always there for them.

Billy leaves behind a loving family that includes his parents; brother: Richard Thomas and wife Pamela; sisters: Alena Gregory, and Suzan Duncan; his sons: Josh Bunch, Ethan Runabout, and Christian Runabout; daughters: Jocelyn, and Sharika Runabout. He also leaves behind a host of other family and friends, too numerous to name.
