Bobby Gene Tidwell son of Millard and Josephine (Cornsilk) Tidwell was born April 18, 1944 in Tahlequah, OK and departed this life on April 12, 2017 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 72 years, 11 months and 25 days.
He was a very intelligent man with many hobbies including cooking, hunting, fishing, finding mushrooms, and building guns and knives. He graduated from NSU with a Bachelors in Industrial Arts. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked at Franklin Electric to provide for his family before retirement. He also was an actor in " Cherokee Word for Water", but most of all he enjoyed his country life tending to his horses and fancy chickens. His world revolved around his grandchildren.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Eric, William, Jesse and Ferris Tidwell, his step father; Ray Moreland.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Eileen Tidwell of the home in Stilwell, OK, children; Christel Landers and husband Justin of Stilwell, OK, Marti Lemke and husband Kyle of Gentry, AR, grandchildren; Chares E. Tidwell, Jayden E. Landers, Daven E. Landers, Kailyn M. Lemke, Caleb J. Lemke, great grandson; Colt W. Tidwell. Siblings; Jack Tidwell and wife Linda, Roy Tidwell, Carl Moreland and wife Cheryl all of Stilwell, Ok, Harvey Moreland and wife Diane of Natural Dam, AR, Estel Tidwell and wife Alice of Tahlequah, OK, Betty Mabry and husband Don of Muldrow, OK, Mary Tidwell of Stilwell, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
