Charlie Cain

Charlie Dale Cain, son of Claude and Ola Moore Cain, was born on March 12, 1945 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and passed from this life on Thursday, July 10, 2014 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years.

Charlie was a welder by trade and spent many years in the construction business. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. Charlie was a lifelong member of the Stilwell community and will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Claude and Ola Cain, sisters: Elsie Christie, Thelma Edwards and Wanda Cain, brothers: Freeman Cain, Steve Cain and Estel Cain.

Charlie is survived by a loving family that includes his children: Roger Cain and wife Shawna, Kathy Cain, both of Stilwell, Kristi Kinkade and husband Roger of Kellyville, OK, grandchildren: Eliza Lyons and husband Daniel, Ursula Cain, Reuben Cain and wife Marena, all of Tahlequah, OK, Rhea Curcio of Spartanburg, SC, Nicholas Kinkade of Kellyville, OK, Jamil Jaser of Tahlequah, great grandchildren: Ethan Lyons, Jakob Lyons and Austin Lyons, Auni Drake, John Drake and Matthew Drake, Lorelei Cain, all of Tahlequah, brothers: James Cain of Tulsa, OK, Larry Cain of Tahlequah, sisters: Loretta Stacy of Stilwell, Galena Bowman of Wellington, KS, Viola Dahl of Oklahoma City, also several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held at 2 pm on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Caney Cemetery, Welling, OK with Bro. Larry Eubanks officiating. Interment followed under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
