Clarence Shaffer

Clarence Jim Shaffer Of Proctor, Oklahoma passed away in his home, on July 28, 2020. He was born on November 7, 1942.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie, stepfather Hugh Roberts and Father, Hulbert Guy Shaffer and his sister Judy Cox.

He is survived by his wife Lilia Shaffer of the home, his sister: Joy and her husband Kris Jacobs of Fayetteville, AR,  his 3 daughters: Renee Hermenson of Tulsa, Ok, Terri and her husband Gene Long of Sallisaw, Ok & Daisy Shaffer of Sallisaw, Ok, 1 son Jimmy Shaffer of Tulsa, Ok,  8 grand Kids: Tony Hernandez, Heather & her husband Daryn Crawford, Ashley Wheatley, Tabby & her husband Matt Davis, C.J. Wheatley, Justice, Skyla and Ceanna Shaffer, 10 Great Grand Children: Braxton, Lex, Kynleigh, Clark, Kennon, Kammie, Harper, Dante, Mattilee and Baby Tony.

Jim was retired from the State and the Sequoyah County District of Muldrow. He loved the water. He would spend his weekends and vacations on the lake boating, camping and swimming, or at the river floating. He loved the water so much that when he retired, he and his wife Lilia bought their log cabin home on the Illinois River. Jim loved his kids and grandkids and made a lot of special memories with each of them! Jim was also of the Jehovah Witness Faith.
