Danny Wayne Isaacs was born on October 3, 1978, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, to Wayne and Mary Jo Isaacs and departed this life September 1, 2015, in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior on January 2, 2000, and was baptized. He was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church.
Spending time with family was important to Danny. He loved to play with his boys and nephews and tease his girls and nieces. He was competitive and especially enjoyed playing to win in family basketball games. He was excited when Lauren decided to play basketball and loved cheering at her games. He loved to watch Ashley model her new clothes and brag on how beautiful he thought she was while wrestling with Ryan at the same time. He always found time to go fishing with the kids and take Luke deer hunting. Danny loved for all the family to be together and planned vacations where the whole family caravanned across many states. He would always comment that it wasn't the same if we all weren't together. His family will remember his dedication to reading his Bible every morning in the bathtub and ability to make them laugh with one of his many jokes.
He married Elizabeth Patterson and had two girls, Lauren and Ashley, and two boys, Luke and Ryan. Elizabeth was the love of his life. They complimented each other and ran a successful business together. Their home was filled with love and happiness. Elizabeth made him proud in many ways and he especially loved her seasonal decorations, home cooking, love of life, and most importantly of being a Godly mother. His in-laws, Bill and Beverly Patterson, loved him as a son and were always proud of him and appreciated what a dedicated husband and father he was.
Danny grew up on a farm and started selling goats and pigs as a teenager then worked in the cattle industry. He knew how to trade cattle and had a special gift of remembering every cow he bought or sold and knew the cattle market. He could take one look at a cow and tell you its worth. So, in 2008, the couple purchased the Stilwell Livestock Auction believing it was God's will for their life. He put the verse John 3:16 on his business cards, and they put their faith in God believing it would be successful. It was through the growth of the business that God began to use him as a channel of blessing to help others. He loved to privately help those in need and said many times that he couldn't out give God. Danny didn't want man's praise, but he just enjoyed helping others. He loved people and was always on his cell phone or in a group of men talking. He enjoyed meeting new people and it seemed that everywhere he went there was someone he knew. He never forgot a name or face.
His legacy will live on in the lives of his family and one day they will be with him again.
