Dorothy Grimmett

Dorothy Ann Grimmett, daughter of Troy and Mollie (Wildcat) Mannon, was born on September 22, 1937 in Claremore, Oklahoma and departed this life on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 79 years.

Dorothy was very loving and had many friends. She enjoyed being a homemaker for her family. She worked as a line worker for Stilwell Foods for many years. Dorothy also attended Pleasant Valley Church when her health permitted.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Troy and Mollie, husband: Turner Grimmett, sons: Dennis Grimmett and Guy Grimmett, Sr.

Dorothy leaves behind her loving family they include two sons: Harold Grimmett of Stilwell, OK, J. D. Grimmett and wife Norma of Stilwell, OK, two grandsons: Guy Grimmett Jr. of Stilwell, OK, Jess Grimmett of Stilwell, OK, three granddaughters: Amber Blair and husband Vince of Tahlequah, OK, Julia Combs and husband Vincent of Tahlequah, OK, Pancie Grimmett of Stilwell, OK, eight great-grandsons, three great-granddaughters, two brothers: L. B. Wildcat and French Wildcat, one brother-in-law: Roy Grimmett and wife Inola of Stilwell, OK, three sister-in-law: Louise Wofford of Claremore, OK, Linda Washington and husband Teehee of Tulsa, OK, Roberta Bunch of Ada, OK, host of extended family, and many friends also survive her.

Funeral services were held at 11 am on Friday, September 01, 2017 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Bro. Gill Hooper and Sam Brannon officiating. Interment followed at Webber Cemetery, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.
