Faye Rosalin (Pentewa) Turn, daughter of Rhoda and Otto Pentewa, was born on October 29, 1931 in Keams Canyon, Arizona and departed this life for heaven on March 5, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years.
Faye enjoyed working in her flowers when she was able. She enjoyed listening to gospel music, watching some T.V. shows, especially "Survivor" and reading the newspaper. Faye enjoyed spending time with family and talking on the phone with Nancy Soap. She was a member of Mulberry Baptist Church.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, 7 sisters and 2 brothers, her daughter: Linda Sue (Turn) Watt, 2 sons-in-law: Russell S. Adair and Gregory Watt.
She is survived by a loving family that includes her daughter: Carolyn Joyce Adair,
2 grandsons: Morgan Wilson Adair, Jonathan Russell Adair, 2 nephews: Alan Hirasawa of Moorehead City, NC and John Hirasawa of Seattle, WA,
special friend and care giver: Terrye Workman and her family, 2 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law.
Many other relatives and friends also survive her.
Funeral services held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Bro. Jim Sanders and Bro. Gil Hooper officiating. Interment follows at England Hollow Cemetery, Stilwell, Oklahoma.
