Harlan Wolf

Harlan H. Wolf was born April 22, 1939, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Wiley and Allie Wolf. Harlan would pass from this life on August 22, 2023, at home with his family by his side.

Harlan was preceded in death by his parents Wiley and Allie Wolf; his siblings Gaylord, Ed, Velton "Louie", Wayne, Mitchell, Betty, Peggy, Wanda, and Arlie Joe; and three grandsons Richard, Zachary, and Logan.

Those left here to cherish Harlan's memories are his wife of sixty years Joyce Darlene Wolf; his children Jim Gaches of Gentry, Arkansas, Brenda Kay Chumney of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Cheryl Dawn Wolf-Bragg and Randy Bragg of Benton, Arkansas, Harlan "Boe" and Cheryl Wolf of Westville, Oklahoma, David and Rhonda Wolf of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Lisa and Ron Rice of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Lawanda and Brent Morton of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Clayton Wolf of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and Kevin Wolf and Monica Duncan of Stilwell, Oklahoma; one sister Leta Mae, 25 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Harlan and Joyce have lived in Stilwell their whole lives. They have been married since 1973, but just grew up across "the field" from each other. Their love is represented in a beautiful way through their family. They attended Briggs Church together for over 30 years.

Harlan loved watching OU football and Yankees baseball anytime he could catch the games. He has very fond memories of even meeting Mickey Mantle! Harlan was very patriotic and loved celebrating the 4th of July.

Harlan loved his grandchildren very much. Spending time with them truly meant the world to him.

Harlan wouldn't want anyone to be sad for too long. He would want everyone to remember the love, laughter, and the memories shared.
