Harley Tobe Williams, son of Haskell and Irene Williams, was born on March 14, 1948 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2013, in his home surrounded by his family, at the age of 65 years, 9 months and 7 days.
Harley was known to his family and friends from a very young age as Tobe.
Tobe graduated high school at Cave Springs and this is where he met the love of his life, Gail. They were united in marriage on December 23, 1967 and have made their home in Stilwell, OK. To this union, three daughters were born, Angela, Jill and Julie.
Tobe began working for Stilwell Foods at the age of 20 where he was a dedicated employee for over 25 years. At the age of 49, Tobe decided to spend more time at home working on his farm with his cattle, so he retired. Tobe enjoyed his farm and cattle, as this was his passion. He had a few hobbies, such as hunting and fishing, but very little distracted him away from home and Nanny Gails kitchen. Tobe looked forward to all holidays and special occasions, as he would always be surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren.
Tobe accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior on December 19, 2013 in his home with his family by his side.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Haskell and Irene Williams his brother, Harold Williams, all of Stilwell, OK.
Those remaining behind to keep his memory are his wife, Gail, of the home daughter Angela Cunningham and husband Jack of Muskogee, OK daughter Jill Eubanks and husband Joe of Stilwell, OK daughter Julie Royall and husband Kevin of Fayetteville, AR grandchildren Dalton and Allison Cunningham Kennedy, Karly and Kendall Eubanks Alexis and Brandon Royall one brother Harvey Williams of Stilwell, OK sister Juna Davis and husband Cleveland of Tahlequah, OK sister Rena Young of Vian, OK sister Glenda Breakfield and husband James of Gore, OK and many close friends and loved ones.
Funeral services were held at 10 am on Friday, December 27, 2013 at RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home with Terry Mayes and Ronnie Ford officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery.
