Ivan "Gilbert" Copeland

Ivan Gilbert Copeland age 94, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas was born April 20th 1, 1929, in Baron, Oklahoma to John and Dovie Mae Dildine Copeland. The Lord called him home on July 31st, 2023.

He is Preceded in death by his wife of 71 years Betty Ruth Copeland, his parents John and Dovie Mae Dildine Copeland. Four sisters Carolyn Sue, Marie, Maybell Samuelson and Violet Jones.  Six brothers Roy, Joe, Newk, Homer, Darryl and Jerry.

He was a Chicken farmer for Tyson for 50 years. He loved growing a garden and seeing how big he could get his plants and vegetables to grow. His favourite pastime was picking up rocks. He loved raising cattle He loved his family and grandkids.

Gilbert was survived by one daughter Betty Kay Collins of Lincoln, Arkansas. Two sons Don Copeland of Prairie Grove, Arkansas and Danny Copeland and wife Eva Hankins of Wagoner, Oklahoma. Several Grandkids and Great GrandKids
