James Kirk

James Amos Kirk son of Zack and Ethel (Watkins) Kirk was born December 15, 1937 in Stilwell, OK and departed this life on November 13, 2016 in Stilwell, OK at the age of 78 years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old western movies, thoroughly enjoyed buying and trading dogs but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.
James was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Robbie Kirk, daughter: Tammy Kirk, son: Mike Kirk siblings, J.D. Kirk, Walter Kirk, Mose Kirk, Faye Kirk, Lou Jane Harris and nephews; Mose Kirk Jr. and Wayne Kirk.
He was survived by a very loving family that includes his children; Kendra Ruiz and husband Carlos of Stilwell, OK, Dale Kirk, Connie Boerstler and husband Darrell, Janice Kirk, Rhonda Vaughn and husband Charlie all of Tulsa, OK, Craig Beasley of Stilwell, OK. Grandchildren; Brian, Sheena, Chris, John, Nakisha, Tristen, Adam, Meagan, Jennifer, Jason, Danielle, Melissa, Tressa and Bunny, nephew: John Mosby Kirk and wife Nita, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel, Stilwell, Oklahoma with Bro. Ted Qualls officiating. Interment followed at Kirk-Robinson Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma
