James Latta

James Warren Latta, son of James Andrew and Leonell (Davidson) Latta was born
October 31, 1939 in Hungry Mountain, OK and departed this life on May 9, 2015 in Stilwell, OK at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 9 days.

Warren enjoyed gardening, going metal detecting, hunting, fishing but most of all he
enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a master bricklayer who built many artistic buildings over the years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Shirley Ann Latta Banks.

Warren is survived by a very loving family that includes his two daughters; Dena Lynnette Latta and Kayla Lachele Fell both of Stilwell, OK. Five grandchildren; Randi Katelynn Ballard and husband Zachary of Stilwell, Ok, Joshua Fell of Peggs, Ok, Ashton Fell, Jared Fell, James Fell all of Siloam Springs, AR, great grandchildren; Emilynn & Elionna Ballard, Cruze Fell, Jillian Fell and Marlayna Torres. Two siblings; Doyle Latta of Wagoner, OK, and Dawn Horton and husband Terry of Vian, OK, several, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Vernon Scott officiating. Interment followed at Bunch Cemetery.
