Janey Adair

Janey Adair, daughter of Charley and Myrtle Jean Locklear Cornsilk, was born on August 1, 1968 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and passed from this life on Monday, July 15, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 44 years, 11 months and 14 days. She enjoyed fishing and swimming. Janey loved spending time with her family and friends. She liked to cook for her family and family get togethers. Janey was a fun, warm and loving woman who will be deeply missed. Her parents: Charley and Myrtle Cornsilk, great nephew: Alex Zuniga, niece: Letitia Deeringwater and uncles: Jay Locklear and Robert Cornsilk preceded her in death. Those remaining to keep her memory are her husband: John Adair of the home in Stilwell, OK, sister who was her best friend: Charlene Cornsilk and husband Higinio, sisters: Teresa Malicoat and husband Glen, all of Stilwell, Rita Howard and husband David of Peggs, OK, Bernice Barberee and husband Larry, Lisa Smith and husband Darrell, all of Tahlequah, OK, several nieces and nephews that she cared for as if they were her own, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Monday, July 22, 2013 at RobertsReedCulver Chapel with Bro. Darrell Lacie officiating. Interment followed at Fairfield Cemetery.
