Johnny Blair

Johnny Lee Blair, son of Mose and Ruby Johnson Blair, was born on March 26, 1942 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on Saturday, September 24, 2011 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years, 5 months and 29 days. He was a graduate of Stilwell High School and OSU Technical School in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, where he majored in Diesel Mechanics. Johnny worked for Stilwell Foods as an Over the Road truck driver for 34 years. He was a member of the Oklahoma National Guard, 279th Infantry and 120th Engineers. Johnny was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith. He was well known in the community and will be missed by all who knew him. Preceding him in death were his parents and his wife: Marilyn Blair on July 21, 2010. Johnny is survived by his sons: Brian Martin and wife Tanya of Muskogee, OK, Michael Blair of Stilwell, OK, grandsons: Ethan and Donovan Martin of Muskogee, brother: Mose Blair, Jr. and wife Billie of Stilwell, other relatives and friends. Grave side services were held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 30, 2011 at Stilwell City Cemetery with Audie Vaughan officiating. Interment followed under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
