Johnny Gray, Jr.

Johnny Gray Jr., son of John Wesley and Jennie Ada Sanders Gray was born March 25, 1935 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on September 16, 2012 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 77years, 5 months and 22 days. Johnny enjoyed puzzle books, western movies, fiddle music, scratch offs and walking. In his younger years he loved to coon hunt. He attended church at the Freedom Worship Center in Stilwell. He was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Jennie Gray, an infant brother and sister Dorothy White. He is survived by a very loving family that includes his nephew Mike Holloway of Giddings, TX, 4 nieces Debbie Crittenden and husband Paul, Linda Wilson and husband Chief, Robin Gray and husband Ron, Cindy Hopkins and husband Bill all of Stilwell, OK, great nieces Oleta St. Pierre and husband Robert, Jaynell Wilson of Stilwell, OK, Bobbie Lynn ONeal and husband Marcus of Westville, OK, Jennifer Christie of Stilwell, OK, Bonnie Carol Gray of Hulbert, OK, Emily Hopkins and husband Josh of Stilwell, OK, great nephews Shawn Crittenden and wife Kristina of Stilwell, OK, Dale Diver and wife Trina of Stilwell, OK, Daniel Diver and wife Cassie of Tahlequah, OK, Justin Diver and wife Krystal, Traig Wilson all of Stilwell, OK, Seth McNeil Gray of Miami, OK, Denton Hopkins of Tahlequah, OK, Colton and Cameron Holloway of Giddings, TX, some special friends Johnny would often speak of include Billy Ray Holloway, Paul Holloway, Jake Eads, and Wallace Rutherford. Several great great nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him. Funeral services at 2 pm on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Calvary Southern Baptist, Stilwell with Bro. Ray Dobbins and Bro. Joey Ketcher officiating. Interment followed at Stilwell City Cemetery.
