Joyce Hamlin

Joyce Elizabeth Hamlin, daughter of John Newton and Vinnie Angeline Arnold Winkler, was born on April 12, 1952 in Adair County, Oklahoma and departed this life on Saturday, March 20, 2010 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 57 years, 11 months and 8 days. Joyce ran HH Construction with her husband Jimmy for many years. They specialized in Pole Barns. She also worked in the Home Health industry. Joyce loved life and loved her grandchildren even more. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Vinnie Winkler and her husband: Jimmy Hamlin. Those left to keep her memory alive are her children: Lisa Christie of Stilwell, OK, Valerie Spears and husband Michael of Stilwell, OK, 7 grandchildren: Cameron Christie, Dalton Christie, Jimmy Hamlin, Shawna Hamlin and Michael Spears all of Stilwell, OK, Sierrah Burch and Kabrina Burch of Hulbert, OK, 6 sisters and 2 brothers, many other relatives and friends. She touched the hearts of many people in her short time on this earth and will be deeply missed by all. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at RobertsReedCulver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Neal Dillard officiating.
