The young mother set her foot on the path of life. Is the way long she asked. And her guide said, Yes, and the way is hard. And you will be old before you reach the end of it. But the end will be better than the beginning. .Temple Bailey So set the tone of the life lived by Laura Beatrice Harrison 69, who made her transition on March 30th 2011, in Stilwell Ok. She was born to parents Willie Prince Trammel and Annie Dellave Schumann on January 27th 1942 amid the chaos of World War II in San Diego California, a city pulsing with high energy and life, preparing warriors for our country. A perfect setting for this independent free spirit who loved life and her family with all her heart and who ultimately would need to be a warrior too. Her youth was spent raising a family of three children and traveling up and down the beautiful Pacific coastlines that she loved. She was as happy with a handful of seashells as she would have been if they were golden nuggets. Her later years were spent fighting a long illness and in the end losing this battle. She is survived by children, Phillip Jay Weidmark and wife Ana, of El Cajon California, Lena Rene Woods of Grants Pass Oregon, Robert Daniel Harrison of El Cajon California, four grandchildren, Harmony of Grants Pass Oregon, Phillip, Shane and Richard Weidmark of El Cajon, California. Mother, Annie Feasel of Stilwell Ok. Sister, Lela Samargis and husband Frank of Stilwell. Sister, Evelyn Braly and husband Ronald of Stilwell Ok. Brother, Dale Ray Trammel of Stilwell Ok.
