Margaret Adams

Margaret Ray Adams daughter of Gordon and Loretta Agan Ray was born October 22, 1955 in Creston, Iowa and departed this life on May 19, 2012 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years, 6 months and 27 days. Maggie enjoyed the duties that followed her role of being a very loving wife and mother to her family. She enjoyed sewing, painting and gardening. She also served as a member of the Stilwell School Board. Maggie was preceded in death by her brother William Ray and her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband Alan Adams of the home in Stilwell, OK, 2 sons Jared M. Adams, M.D. of Cushing, OK, and Nathan Adams and wife Vickie of Norman, OK, her parents Gordon and Loretta Ray of Creston, IA. Siblings Martha Monroe of Jefferson, IA and Wesley Ray of Creston, IA, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful and compassionate care provided by the hospice nurses and aides. They would especially like to thank Maggies sisterinlaw: Debbie and Jim and Pam Carson for all they did for Maggie. Memorial services held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at RobertsReedCulver Chapel with Mr. Budo Perry officiating.
