Melvonna Dunaway

Melvonna Lynn Dunaway, daughter of J.W. Nofire and James and Raydeen Gonzalis McReynolds, was born on July 6, 1964 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on Friday, April 30, 2010 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 45 years, 9 months and 24 days. Melvonna enjoyed spending time with her daughters and being involved in all they do. She was preceded in death by Father: J.W. Nofire, Grandparents: Mitchell and Johnnie Nofire, Dave and Esther Feather Gonzalis and Harry and Marie McReynolds. She is survived by a loving family that includes her Husband: Ron Dunaway of the home in Stilwell, Ok, 3 daughters: Dara Fountain, Cara Fountain and Sara Fountain all of Stilwell, Ok, her parents: James and Raydeen McReynolds of Stilwell, Ok, 1 sister: Teresa Nofire of Stilwell, Ok, 3 nieces: Rachel and Rebecca Hummingbird of Stilwell, Ok, Courtney Kimble of Westville, Ok 4 nephews: Joshua Springwater of Stilwell, Ok, Heath Watt and wife Tasha of Westville, Ok, Hunter Littlejohn and Dylan Kimble of Westville, Ok,. Other relatives and many friends also survive her. We would like to thank all the friends, family and Hospice of the Cherokees for their many acts of kindness and support during this difficult time. Funeral services were held Monday, May 3, 2010 at 2:00p.m. in the New Life Church with Bro. Max Ford, Darrel Self and Joe White officiating, Interment followed in the Stilwell city cemetery, Funeral services under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
