Nanny Eagle

Nanny Sue Eagle, daughter of Stansill and Nancy (Hogner) Hummingbird, was born on April 27, 1938 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and passed from this life on October 10, 2016 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years.

She was a nurse for over 34 years at the Stilwell Nursing Home. Sue loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting, watching nature (birds and squirrels) and flowers. Sue loved her sooners and enjoyed watching every game. She always enjoyed making breakfast for her family. Sue was warm and loving to all and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Lila Deason, Betty Hummingbird, Jake Hummingbird, Johnny Hummingbird, Clarence Hogner, Mary England, Lizzie England.

Sue is survived by her children: Sharon Pritchett of Claremore, OK, Diana Fourkiller and husband Jack of Peavine, OK, Jimmy Eagle and wife Marlene of Stilwell, OK, Bud Eagle and wife Angie of Peavine, grandchildren: Jeffrey Eagle, Jesse Pritchett, Sara Sue Duncan, Kristin Gideon, Josh Fourkiller, Ethin Eagle, great grandchildren: Daulton, Brooklynn, Paige, Korben, Atley, Carlee, Jaycee, Averee, Jaxon, Lilly, brother: Stan Hummingbird, Jr., special friend: Gwen Smith and many other relatives and friends.
