Odessa Faye Tuttle, daughter of Alton and Linnie Parrish Beard, was born on September 15, 1927 in Westville, Oklahoma and departed from this life to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in Springdale, Arkansas at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 29 days. Faye married Hurshel Tuttle on August 8, 1946 and they were blessed with a long and happy marriage. She loved her family and enjoyed preparing for family visits. She was a beautiful person with a loving heart. Faye was a lifetime resident of the Westville Community and she will be missed by her many friends. She was a charter member of East Park Landmark Baptist Church in Stilwell, OK and enjoyed many years of service to God. Preceding her in death was her husband: Hurshel Tuttle, parents: Alton and Linnie Beard, brothers: Leo and Clifton Beard, sisters: Imogene Crosswhite and Eva Mae Maggard. Faye is survived by her daughters: Doris Jean Remer and husband Dewey of Gore, OK, Diana Chaney and husband Stuart of Watts, OK, Yvonne Tuttle of Westville, OK, grandsons: Theodore and David Bolinger of Westville, great grandchildren: Weston Bolinger of Elk City, OK, Jasmine, Toby, Jacob and Haley Bolinger, all of Westville, sisters: Artie Long and husband William of West Fork, AR, Gladys Johnson of Westville, Dora Lagoly and husband Willie of Arlington, TX, brother: Jimmy Beard and wife Georgia of Yukon, OK. Many friends and other relatives also survive Faye. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Friday, August 16, 2013 at Roberts Hart Chapel with Bro. Terry Shuey and Bro. Chet Johnson officiating. Interment followed at Foreman Cemetery, Westville, OK
