Paula Burnett

Paula Lavonn Burnett, daughter of Willard and Aggie Lee Eleanor Vaughn Hubbard was born April 6, 1943 in Casper, Wyoming and departed this life on August 29, 2010 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 4 months and 23 days. Paula married the love of her life Glenn Burnett on May 15, 1960 and to this union 4 children were born Willard, James, Mary and Katherine. She enjoyed the duties that followed her role as a homemaker being a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family. She enjoyed reading, watching the deer and hummingbirds at her house on the porch, going to yard sales with Christy, watching TV and most of all spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn Burnett and 1 brother Sterling Hubbard. Paula is survived by a very loving family that includes her children Willard Burnett of Stilwell, Ok, James Burnett and wife Michelle of Blackwell, Ok, Mary Mays and husband Bobby of Stilwell, Ok, Katherine Kimble and husband Kenny of Bunch, Ok, 8 grandchildren Abigail Miller and husband Brian, Kelsey Burnett, Kolby Burnett all of Blackwell, Ok, Kendra Ritter and Jamie Hopkins both of Stilwell, Ok, Amanda Brooks and husband Roy of Rogers, Ar, Kevin Kimble and Micheal Kimble of Bunch, Ok. 7 great grandchildren and one on the way, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her. Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Audie Vaughan officiating. Interment followed in the Proctor Cemetery under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
