Peggy Cash

Peggy Jane Cash daughter of Plummer Jordan and Grace Elmedia Patterson Nix was born June 3, 1934 in St. Joe, Arkansas and departed this life to be with our Lord on March 31, 2013 in Siloam Springs, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years, 9 months and 28 days. She owned and operated Community Store in West Siloam Springs for many years. She loved gardening, flowers, baking, and spending time with her grandkids. She was of the Assembly of God faith and attended church while her health permitted. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Darlene Cash and 2 sisters Helen White and Phyllis Love. She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children Stanley Cash and wife Linda of Watts, OK, Brenda Cash of Siloam Springs, AR, 10 grandchildren Stanley David Cash Jr., Shiloh Jordan Cash, Tiffany Lynn Dale Cash, Cody Claude Cash, Courtney Daniele Cash, Rainbow Denise Cash Higgins, Jeremy Nix Thornton, Dustin Lee Jenks, Waylon Joe Whiteley, Denisha Darlene Whiteley. 1 sister Geraldine Scott of St. Joe, AR, 12 great grandchildren, several other relatives and many friends also survive her. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Roberts Hart Chapel, Westville, OK with Rev. Jack Hayes officiating. Interment followed at the Cash Family Cemetery, Watts, OK.
