Sarah Farguson

Sarah Ellen Farguson, daughter of Harmon White and Alice Cornelia Lamons White was born March 23, 1924 in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma and departed this life on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years, 5 months and 13 days. She loved her family very much and was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. For many years she worked as a Care Provider in the Health Care industry. She enjoyed sewing and had a real passion for quilting. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents her husband: Jack, daughter: Jo Ann Lamont, and three brothers: Raymond, Charles and George White. She is survived by a very loving family that includes her daughter: Connie Dotson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, her son: Kenneth Farguson of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sister: Carrie Farguson and brother: Ray White of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 9, 2011 at Crescent Valley Church, Ft. Gibson, OK with David Wilson officiating. Interment followed at Holland Cemetery under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
