Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Jean Johnson “Tiny” was born on July 10th, 1969 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Lorene Johnson and Jerry Cheater.  She passed away on December 15, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 53.

Tiny was a very generous person.  She was always giving and helping where she could .  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughters.  Tiny loved the outdoors.  Most of her days were spent with long evenings in her lawn chair, picking wild onions, making kanuchi, playing back yard ball and listening to gospel songs.  She was an avid quilt maker and one of the best at needle point.

Tiny is survived by a loving and devoted family.  They include her daughter: Stacy Squirrel and husband Robert “Fred” of Stilwell, OK, granddaughters: Nakiah and Ever Squirrel, mother: Lorene Johnson of Bunch, OK, sister: Jerrie Vann and David of Stilwell, brothers: Sherwin Johnson of Bunch, Earl Johnson and Keisha of West Siloam Springs, OK and Stephen Johnson and Quana of Bunch.  She is also survived by all of her extended family, including her nieces: Brittany Johnson and Shaniah Vann, nephews: Earvin Johnson and Brent Johnson, 9 great nieces, 2 great nephews and 4 half siblings, her aunt: Anna Needham of Pocola, OK and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, father, 1 sister and an infant nephew.
