Tem Ketcher Jr, son of Tem Ketcher Sr. and Evelyn Hogner was born January 25, 1947 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on December 4, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years, 10 months and 9 days. Tem loved archery and participated in 3D archery competitions winning the top prize in many states. He could be found in the woods bow hunting every season, especially at his beloved Piney, and out in the pasture tending to his cows year round. Tem also loved to travel. He journeyed to Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, the Alamo San Antonios Riverwalk, the Grand Canyon, and many other sites across America in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Georgia, and Illinois to name a few. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Elm Grove Baptist Church. Tem also served on the Board of the TriCommunity Fire Department. He worked for CNI for nearly 30 years. Tem looked forward to Sunday dinners at his mothers home, and he was always up for a good game of chess. His two favorite pets were his horse, Judge, and his cat, Missy, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Tem Ketcher Sr., Grandparents Levi and Cora Belle Hogner, William and Lula Catcher and his Step Dad Miles Hart. Tem is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife Tina Ketcher of the home in Stilwell, OK, his mother Evelyn Hart of Westville, OK, his children Kimberly Eaves and husband Dale of Phoenix, AZ, Terri Hall and husband Roger of San Antonio, TX, Justin Fuson and wife Elisabeth of Stilwell, OK, Grandchildren Danaela, Caleb, Garrett and Isaac Eaves, Jaclyn, Jenna, Jacey, McKenna, Nathanael, Samuel, Madelyn and Jonathan Hall, Austin and Isabella Fuson. Siblings Dennis Ketcher of Stilwell, OK, William Ketcher, of Westville, OK, Carolyn Bluestone and husband Marc of New Town, ND, Joycelyn Debler of Westville, OK, Patricia Lippert and husband Paul Ghezzo of Altadena, CA, several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive him. Funeral services were held at Elm Grove Bapyist Church on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Eugene Kester and Bro. Larry Catcher officiating. Interment followed at Piney Cemetery under the direction of RobertsReedCulver Funeral Home.
