Tressa Dart

Tressa Faye Dart, daughter of Richard, Sr. and Mary Lou Williams Palone, was born in Westville, Oklahoma and departed this life on November 29, 2010 at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 28 days. Tressa deeply loved her family and friends. Her roles as mother and grandmother were the most important part of her life. She kept every moment spent with her children and grandchildren close to her heart. She will be deeply missed by all her knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Mary Lou Palone, daughter: Luanna Walker, brother: James Palone and sister: Peggy June Palone. Surviving Tressa and cherishing her memory are her children: Sheila Simmons of Sand Springs, OK, Peggy King of Tulsa, OK, Quinton Walker of Sand Springs, OK, Joe Walker of Sand Springs, OK, grandchildren: Tressa Burr and husband B.J. of Tulsa, Cindy Simmons of Sand Springs, William Duke Simmons of Beggs, OK, Chad Simmons of Sand Springs, John Arron Hodges of Gentry, AR, great grandchildren: Dillon Simmons of Tahlequah, Megan Simmons of Pryor, Zachary Simmons of Beggs, Lanna Ketcher, Braeden Ketcher, Bentley Burr, all of Tulsa, brothers: Glen Palone of Cookson, Irvin Palone of Westville, Richard Palone of Towanda, KS. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2010 at Roberts Chapel, Westville with Don Waldrop officiating. Interment followed at Old Baptist Mission Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
