Waddie Robison

Waddie Leon Robison, son of R.T. and Minnie Coombes Robison, was born on February 2, 1928 in Peavine, Oklahoma and departed this life on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 11 days. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. After his service, he met and married his love, Ruby Carter, on May 16, 1953 in Yuma, Arizona. They were blessed with over 59 years of marriage and wonderful family. He provided for his family as an accomplished carpenter. Waddie will be missed by his family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents: R.T. and Minnie Robison, daughterinlaw: Kathleen Robison, brother: Charley Robison and sister: Elwinda Carter. Waddie is survived by his wife: Ruby Robison, sons: Dale Robison and Larry Robison, all of the home, Stilwell, OK, brother: William Robison, sisters: Elsie Anderson and Iva Gukeisan, all of Kingsburg, CA. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 10 am on Monday, December 17, 2012 at RobertsReedCulver Chapel with Larry Eubanks officiating. Graveside services at 1 pm on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Milton Cemetery, Milton, OK.
