Phillip was a natural athlete from a naturally athletic family.  He excelled in High School and college in several sports, but baseball was his passion.  Phillip played one position throughout his entire baseball career from t-ball to college --He was the catcher!

Phillip enjoyed working with horses and was a skilled craftsman in masonry and other construction traits and was well known for his work ethic and skill.  For the last 7 years Phillip has worked tirelessly for the town of Westville Oklahoma, most recently the town's Superintendent of the Street department.

Although he was the baby of the family, he was always there to help his sisters with whatever they needed. While certainly not perfect Phillip loved his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family fiercely.

The prayers of so many and words are just one way it is evident how loved and well-respected Phillip was by so many.

His heart's desire was always that his family and friends would have a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
